# Edit Task

## How to Edit a Task

Click on the **`EDIT`** button in the `Action` area to edit task settings.

By clicking **`EDIT`**, the task settings dialog pops up, as shown bellow

You can change the setting of the task, then click **`SAVE`** button in the lower right corner to finish editing‌

## How to Mass Edit Tasks <a href="#edit-selected-tasks" id="edit-selected-tasks"></a>

Click  **`Edit`** button on the bottom left of the **`Tasks`** page to batch edit settings for all tasks.

You need to unlock a specific option before editing. As shown below

For example, click the switch next to the size option to unlock it, then you can enter the sizing for all tasks.

You can edit other settings in the same way, then click **`SAVE`** button to save all your changes for all tasks.

## How to Edit the Selected Tasks

First, left-click to select the tasks you want to edit. The selected tasks will be highlighted, as shown below

You can see that task 1-5 are selected, and then click on **`...`**&#x42;utton

Select **`Edit`** from popup menu

Then task settings editing dialog will pop u, click **`SAVE`** to save all your changes.

## Tips

* If tasks belong to a same website, you can edit and modify all the options.<br>
* If tasks belong to different websites, you can only edit only the options of those tasks shared in common<br>
* Be sure to save after editing to take effect<br>
* Some options, such as profile and size, can also be edited in real time when task is running
